      None unless you like micromanaging

      Cons

      Ugly culture with a CEO that is involved in everything a company at higher level SMT of yes men and women. Get huge contracts but cannot deliver I’m unsure they know what processes are.

      Pros

      People are fantastic - great teamwork and some really great initiatives going on. Salary is average but bonuses are paid and social events happen regularly.
