Pros
Great vibe in the office - really great people and a developing management team. Loads of experience within the business and opportunity [if you roll up your shirt sleaves and put the graft in]. They support hybrid working but the offices are in a great location, right next to Wynyard.
Cons
Recruitment is a tricky market if you're not a hard worker. But if you're willing to work hard this Company is a brilliant place to work.
