      Pros

      Great people, nice work environment, opportunities for some to advance and develop within the company.

      Cons

      Internal development extremely weak. For an HR company, they are severely lacking this department...no mentoring program, the training offered is pathetic, etc. Pay is also below market for finance professionals.
