      flexibility, work at home, variety of tasks, ability to change positions, flexible hours available, summertime offers flex out for Fridays

      Cons

      no vacation or sick leave, must provided own long distance, faxing, printing, materials, any mailings to FEDEX, you must take to the office on behalf of the client
