Pros

The strength of Manpower and the experiences you have will depend mainly on your management team, it can really be one of the best places to work. I've seen both sides of this and if you have a manager who will go to bat for you, you will love this company. If you don't you will regularly question it.

Cons

Manpower will sell and sign contracts at low rates and then hold it against the teams that have been tasked to staff these for lack of profitability despite the fact they have no control over this. There is a mindset that reducing headcount to save money is positive. This has resulted in negative changes in some regions, they now lack sufficient headcount to meet client needs. Other cost cutting measures have prevented offices and Manager from providing the customer service aspects for our staffed contractors as we once did.
