      Pros

      Get to know multiple business in your area and make a lot of great connections. Get to hire some great people and help them.

      Cons

      Deal with very rude people. Payroll department is awful. Always messing peoples paychecks up. The associates are then angry and come in screaming at you. Also if you have another recruiter who is shady, can make your life awful.

      I like that the HR proactively provides us with raises without us having to ask

      A very large company, so communication is key. Not much cons though

      Good communication with the recruiter. Smooth onboarding process. Fine for a short term position while looking for another job
