      Pros

      Manpower was a great employer! Excellent benefits and compensation along side a great work life balance policy.

      Cons

      As someone in middle management the organization either needed more upper management or upper management needs to be more available. There were a number of delivery challenges that could have been solved with a more engaged senior leadership.

      Good communication with the recruiter. Smooth onboarding process. Fine for a short term position while looking for another job
