Favortism and jobs being outsourced to India. Associates have to train people from India to take over their Jobs. This is all done in order for them to recieve Severance pay. Staggared release dates given so that staff employees can be used longer than others to do knowledge transfer to India consultants. Mass Layoffs have been carefully planned to get rid staff employees with 10-15 plus years of service,while management hand picks who they want to stay.There is also alot of secret interdepartmental promotions ,which are swept under the rug&remote access only offered to the lucky ones who fit in well enough to get it. The culture is completly unprofessional and morale is low. The Public's perception of ManpowerGroup is utterly different then the internal staff employees. CORE is a joke. Upper Management in Shared Services should all be replaced by Workers from India. They need to clean house. Not a good place to work, unless your're related or party with the bosses. Worse expierence of my life working there. No training and people look down on you for asking questions about advancement in your role. Also HR is a Joke. Pay is not competitive statewide.
