Pros
Cafeteria food is usually fresh and serves both breakfast and lunch. Plus they have a Starbucks at their headquarter location, which they served to their employees at a discount. You also obtain valuable recruiting skills but for a price of your soul.
Cons
Man, Manpower Group is the worst. Buckle up, family. Legit, this company is run by people who are fresh out of undergrad and do not know anything about human to human etiquette. Everything management says is scripted, forced and disingenuous. It's almost like they have never worked for a Fortune 500 Company before (hint: they do recruiting for those companies because MPG knows they can make a profit by forcing their employees to scour resume sites to find people to fill VERY LOW paying entry level position to suckers. If you're thinking about becoming a recruiter here, forget it! You'll be monitored like a caged animal about your phone time, submittals percentages, and if you can't find people who are looking for work for you to interview, you'll get the classic "Oh well...you're going have to try harder". Management does not offer anything constructive or helpful to make you succeed or do your job period - especially when you're scraping by on certain projects. Manpower Group also lies through their teeth about possible opportunity growth. Sure, your position will be different and your job title will change, but you'll get nothing more but a heavier work load and no increase in pay.
