*Micromanagemt to next level. You have to be in office at 9:45 am and need to check in from office only. Even if you check in at 9:46 you need to be in office till 6:46 pm. You can log out only at 6:30 pm even if you logout at 6:29 it will count as early exit. *HR are there only for namesake. They will just organise events. No actual update on work, FnF, action on managers etc., * Sales team dances to the tunes of delivery team. No support from manager. *Delivery team is a huge mess. Especially Vertical heads will not give equal importance to all requirements. * You need to take permission from your manager even if you want to leave 5 minutes early.
