This is clear to us as the writer is not currently employed in the location specified since all current employees work in the UK. We feel certain that you have not conducted full market research in order to form your opinion of our remuneration and benefits policy. In the last few months our HR team have undertaken a comprehensive review of pay and benefits within the industry, including benchmarking against similar organisations. While we’ve considerably enhanced our benefits offering we found that our salary bandings and commission plans were in fact marginally better than many of our competitors. As always, we would welcome you to raise any concerns with the HR Manager so that they can be addressed and investigated fully, whereupon feedback will be provided.
