The interview process was smooth, professional, and well-structured. Clear communication, timely scheduling, and a friendly approach made it a positive experience from start to finish. Highly appreciated and recommended for anyone who wishes to apply
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mane Contract Services (Watford, East of England, England) in Sep 2023
Interview
Had a phone interview which entailed general questions to see if you potentially fit the role requirements. This was then followed by an in person interview at the head office, where I had to speak to three different people who all asked a different set of questions. This was a pleasant experience as I got to get to get a feel of the company. However, when I got called in for a 3rd interview, the vibe was completely different. Every time I was starting to answer the interviewers question, they would interrupt me and never actually let me finish answering, resulting in me not being able to really get my points across. The environment was somewhat hostile, more like an interrogation than an interview, and instead of feeling relaxed I felt the complete opposite. This is I didn't appreciate at all. So overall a mixed perspective.

Question 1
Previous Experience, What do you bring to the table, What are your values, What do you know about the company, Tell me about you as a person, PS: questions from the last interview are a blur really after the way it was conducted
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Mane Contract Services in Jan 2021
Interview
An initial telephone screening interview, followed by exchange of CV, followed by their proposal for a follow up interview, but then no date confirmed / no further answer to emails. It is quite common to drop candidates during initial screening, but it's not common to offer the next step and then stop all communications.
