Steady employment without even the slightest hint of staff reductions. For the Camera Systems Group we've been on-site through all the last two years turmoil. Perhaps not a 'pro' for all that may want remote work, but the camaraderie of small tight group getting it done has been rewarding.

Smaller company size does make major advancements difficult as few depart, but we all carve out our our niche to excel.
