Pros

Everyone, regardless of dept or role is always willing to help out. Whether it be a question about the product or a personal need - someone has your back whenever you need it.

Cons

All things MaintainX are moving quick. The company is incredibly transparent in nearly all regards. This said - it would be nice to have a a monthly or quarterly meeting to hear from each dept leader to understand firsthand what priorities are and what their outlook is short and long term.
