This company will make you feel beyond worthless and that you are just a work slave. They have 0 training set up but expect you to thrive in this environment. They claim they are not a startup yet no one knows what they are doing. They will never see you as an individual and will never help you even when you voice your concerns. Why help someone when they are struggling when you can praise the ones that are doing things right? This company will blind you with “benefits” they think are in right now when the company as a whole could not be more detrimental to your mental health.
