Great environment from clients to coworkers. Super beginner friendly, and always trying to help you improve to be your best self.

Cons

As an assistant the pay is not sustainable for life unless you’re here all day or have another job.

Pros

You gain corporate knowledge, and have the chance to learn new things.

Cons

They mis classify you, so your deductions are higher. They raise your monthly goals based on one good month and it’s never enough, with what you bring. Ignore rules for some, don’t share information with their regionals like asked. Yet, you get treated like garbage if you speak to anyone outside your DM. And, acts like dm is in your corner yet failed to handle a problem employee for a very long time. With plenty of evidence. It affects their bonus!! They don’t care as long as they are producing.
