Pros
Most people in the office were nice, could bring pets in and it WAS work from home flexible.
Cons
Too many problems with the operations of the business. Outsourcing everything, simple tech things and operational processes not set up well. HR a bit of a joke. Not a lost of trust in the office, lots of "blame game" mentalities. Heaps of redundancies and high tunrnover, couldn't trust managers.
