I thought the interview went well. It was fair and inviting, generally a good experience overall, they all seem like kind people. I got my answer quickly which is always a good thing, better to know.
The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MadeComfy (Sydney) in Jan 2022
Interview
A very quick and easy interview process that was held virtually through Google Meet. The meeting began with a few questions before moving into information about the role, responsibilities and general workflow, as I was operating as a freelance contractor. The whole process lasted no more than 20 minutes.

Question 1
What experience made me a good fit for the role and if I was ok to work remotely.
I applied online. I interviewed at MadeComfy (Sydney)
Interview
Phone call with the hiring manager, sent an email with an invite for a skype interview with him and another person. The Video Interview was standard with the types of questions. They asked me to come in for a final interview face to face, I was interviewed by another person in the company, that went for about 2 hours. After that interview, I then had to do a role play (the person who did the role play basically said ''No'' to everything and then asked me questions I wouldn't know the answer to?, was a bit weird..) They then asked me to write an email response to a hypothetical customer email. That was the first time I ever had to do that in an interview. They are lovely people and it was a nice office.
