Fantastic benefits-- unlimited PTO, good health insurance, wellness stipend...the company has people all across the country, with most seeming to WFH and they seem to embrace this and trust their employees. Great communication from department heads (in my experience) and very kind people overall.

Everything revolves around client business so if it's not doing so great, there may be layoffs. They're open to listening if you want to discuss a raise but it might not be easy to come by.

Most people that worked there were super nice and friendly! They provided you with what you needed and they were pretty flexible.

In my personal experience, I got stuck with a difficult client, and I tried communicating this to my higher ups. Instead of changing me from a project or my approach, I was let go.
