Pros
- Company has good vibes and a vibrant internal life, which it is quite a motivation as a new comer. - Offices are nice.
Cons
- For the most part, the good vibes are appearance more than anything. - Companies within the reply group do not collaborate nicely with each other. - Upper management is inexperienced and has very little credibility with clients. This is ultimately the reason I am looking to leave. You can see they have burnt a lot of ground wherever they have gone, so it is difficult to get new and nice projects, specially now. - The strategy of the group as a whole is a "run to the bottom". Offer as low as possible prices while keeping structures efficient, which has worked until now. This efficiency means however more work that you would not be doing elsewhere and lower salaries.
