Pros
I want to stand up for the company against the negativity. I worked there and only left due to some visa and health issues, but I genuinely enjoyed my time. The best way to describe this company is that it has a Ferrari engine attached to a Civic car. The Ferrari Engine: This is Daniel, the CEO. He is an extraordinary, visionary, and aggressive leader. He carries the weight of the company and is the reason it is where it is today. If you want to learn from someone smart and ambitious, this is the place. The Departments: Most departments, like Business and Customer Support, are running smoothly and doing a great job supporting that vision.
Cons
The issue is that we are trying to contain that Ferrari engine inside a "Civic" framework. (Don't get me wrong—the Civic is still a very good car). The tools and the team are generally reliable and get the job done. But they aren't always built to handle the sheer torque and ambition coming from the CEO. This creates friction. The development team specifically felt this gap. Some developers weren't ready for that level of intensity (or honestly were not even qualified enough) and were let go, which led to some bitter reviews. But if you are ambitious and tough, you will love it here. Yes, code base in not ideal, but that was the cost you have to pay in order to grow fast.
