Nice colleagues with fun team. Everyone are working hard as a team but tried.

Management has wried mind that trying separate people in each section. Bad arrangement of delivery with unpredictable. Hard to make changing in every shipment. There is no official training materials of each department. Like play game to gather materials by chance.
