- all weather franchise, so a relatively stable company
Cons
- heavily depends on technology, but lack of motivation to do it right (because good enough is good enough cheap) - put unnecessary stress and frustration on people which is contra productive many times - easy to loose your motivation if your manager is only a 'proxy'
