Pros
Some managers are great to work for and very helpful. There is not a lot of day to day management of employees, but there sure are high expectations which they hold you accountable for.
Cons
They are trying to figure themselves out as a company, trying to define a culture, which is typical of these financial data vendor firms who grow through acquisitions...always trying to decide what to focus on, how to integrate and clients left hanging while it plays out.
