      Pros

      Total compensation is good. You have to work hard and earn your promotion like any other company. Leadership is very supportive.

      Cons

      Work life balance is good on most days, and office culture is great. But the company financially discriminates between emerging market and developed market employees; running EM offices as low cost centres.
