      Pros

      They pay a little more than you deserve. Its a great company to develop your skills and provide very thorough training before you do live requests. I've learn a lot from working here and develop/acquired different skills here

      Cons

      It takes them time to hire replacements when someone resigns which lead to work overload for remaining employees
