      Pros

      - Community & teams are pretty supportive - Exposure to new techs available in market & hands-on experience on the same is promoted - Upscaling skill sets with self-paced learning & trainings are encouraged - Salary is decent enough - Events are organised to help employees stay fresh & have fun amongst side work

      Cons

      Like I mentioned it is a fine place to work & learn at, so I'd say cons are blank or none
