6yMSCI is transforming its Performance and Growth culture. This in turn allow us to better serve our clients and shareholders with a fully engaged, accountable and high performing employee base - that we know is at the forefront of change. However, we can only do that with the help of employees continuing to provide feedback - be assured we are listening and changing as a result of it. For example, last year after conducting a deep dive of our engagement data, we identified the manager behaviours that enable employees to do their best work, innovate, collaborate and develop their careers. We introduced LeaderShift, a new development programme for our VP managers, and have shaped innovation and inclusion activities based on direct feedback from our employees. Every manager of a at MSCI receives a report as to how they are rated and we therefore encourage continued transparency and feedback through your manager, Leadership, the Engagement Survey or HR teams so we can continue to develop.
