Cons
1. Sales management micro-manages via data reports without real leadership/support and in many cases management is less capable than those they manage. 2. Flat management structure does not allow for career upside. 3. Not full transparency into compensation and limited upside even in a sales capacity. 4. HR simply runs processes in order to check the box.
