Pros

Compensation is in line with the industry

Cons

The management doesn't understand how the teams are organised and how the work is being carried out. That means that the growth of an employee depends only on how political they are, with 0 relation to their performance. The reorganisations are rampant and more driven by favouritism than a clear strategy for progress. HR doesn't help when employees reach out and lacks a clear role. They don't even organise basic trainings for employees on inclusivity and discrimination which means that the culture is rather poor.
