      Pros

      I got to work on some excellent brands which I loved, and naturally, this created an impressive portfolio for me. The work culture is great, and people are most definitely fun.

      Cons

      Every year the performance review gets delayed along with the bonus. It takes them six months to review and reward. Well after the year has started. This happened every single year.

      Pros

      The people are fun and the team I was on had a lot of senior leaders, which was great to have exposure to.

      Cons

      There was a lack of documentation of processes so having to learn on the go. Not much support for a junior role, so it would be good to have that during stressful situations. Very low pay compared to the market expectations.
