      -Flexible work hours -Work from home if need be -Teams are made up almost entirely o fresh graduates thus giving oppurtunities to those fresh graduated seeking work -Good experience for those working in embedded systems or software development in general

      Cons

      -You don't really get any bonus for overtime -In some cases you might not get hired if you had no prior experience whatsoever like in the field of mechanical engineering.
