      Pros

      The company provides employees with lots of opportunities for career development. People move within teams and across teams enabling career progression. The company is investing in a great new office space that allows teams to collaborate and use new technology. The fact that there are lots of people with over 5 years of service speaks well of the company.

      Cons

      The fact that the business still wears suits and ties could be seen as a con but if you look beyond that you see that is just attire and the pros of career progression and working environment outweighs a dress code.

      Good boss Friendly co-workers who are willing to share Have experienced engineers who are willing to teach Team buildings and outings

      Cons

      Need to wear suits The location of the company is a bit far, you better have a car
