      Marketing team's commitment raises questions about review authenticity

      Pros

      The marketing team seems very committed to maintaining the company's Glassdoor presence, ensuring that reviews receive prompt attention whenever new feedback is posted.

      Cons

      It's quite suspicious that immediately after a negative review was posted, three positive reviews appeared within a four-day period. This pattern makes it seem as though the reviews were deliberately added to counteract the criticism and improve the overall rating.

      Strong hiring process with clear communication.

      Pros

      I had a really positive experience with both the hiring and interview process. From start to finish, it was well organised, transparent, and thoroughly structured. Each stage gave me a clear understanding of the role, the team, and the expectations, which made the process feel meaningful rather than rushed. The interviewers whether they are were on Teams or in person, were professional, approachable, and clearly invested in finding the right fit, while also ensuring I felt comfortable and respected. Communication throughout the process was consistent and timely, which made a big difference. I always knew what to expect next and felt supported at every stage. Overall, it was a really strong hiring experience that reflected positively on the organisation’s culture and professionalism.

      Cons

      I was given an expected timeframe for a decision, which ended up being extended by around three weeks. Luckily the communication throughout the weeks was constant and clear so i knew where i stood.

      Strong culture, elite products and a genuinely supportive start

      Friendly, open culture - people are approachable and genuinely collaborative Really supportive onboarding, felt set up to succeed at all stages Strong product direction - especially impressive coming from an ERP background, clear focus on reducing complexity and improving user experience Interesting problem space with lots of opportunity to make an impact

      Cons

      Some areas still evolving, which can create a bit of ambiguity As you’d expect in a growing business, not everything is fully joined up yet (I have full belief that this will resolve over time)
