Thank you for your response and sharing the positive aspects of your time with MCCi. Yes, 2019 was a chaotic year, with a large increase in annual growth, employee headcount, and new technology offerings. All of these positives caused the need to modify territory structures and commission models after ten years. It is also true that our internal systems were antiquated and struggled through the high-growth period, but we are excited to go live with our new ERP system in Q3 of this year. Our culture, team members, and clients are always our top priorities. It is not rational to force growth; it only comes from consistent focus in these areas. We are proud and intentional about a growth mindset engrained in our culture, and most team members accept the challenge to be a big part of our growth. It is regrettable that your short time with MCCi resulted in a perception of more cons than pros, however it is understandable and we appreciate your feedback. We wish you success in your career.
