Overall a good interview process with friendly panel of actual peers and leaders for the open role. Questions were strongly focused on expected areas and I felt confident I knew what was needed for success. Only issue was lack of communication between rounds, I wasnt called for project round for a month after initial panel interview.

3 step interview.

Got a couple of behavioral questions (tell me an instance when...) and had to prep a user story exercise (they had a 1 page requirement and video). All in all a good process.

Question 1
They asked me to develop a sample user story based on a video that showed parts of the application and described a new feature.

Interview
You'll get an initial interview or phone call / screen on the 1st step. Quick and easy, you'll discuss your experience briefly and they'll talk about the company.
Next will be the Hiring Manager - a in-depth interview about your experience and QA-experience related questions. Another phone call.
They mentioned that the next step will be an interview with some team members and the CIO. Did not get to this step after a long silence from them.
Just to highlight: I religiously followed up on my application. The initial contact person mentioned that I will hear an update from them after they wrap up the interviews - giving me a huge hope. But then they suddenly turn radio silent. I heard from them when I continuously followed up for 2 weeks. It was a simple and plain rejection. Getting my hopes up and wasted my time. Should've been upfront on their last update a few weeks back.
