Pros

The pay was fair as were the benefits.

Cons

Incredibly long (3 to 4 months) and redundant hiring process (3 or more interviews) They talk a big game but never deliver. Pat themselves on the back for being progressive, innovative, and "leaders" in the industry; while they continue to use outdated policies, programs, and ideologies. Constantly talk about how great they are, and how amazing there methods work, while at the very same time waste incredible amounts of productive time with fluff. They do many tasks inefficiently because they are too cheap to: invest in new employees strengths, create the right tools for the job, or provide up to date equipment. They want cooky cutter employees that sit down and shut up. Expect employees to never ask questions while saying that they have an open door policy. If you dare to ask questions be prepared to have your character, intellect, and experience attacked. Heavily push there own think-speak Examples: >Manager asks, "Have you been using affirmative inquiry with the customers?", which actually means "have you asked the customer probing questions" >Employee asks, "Why did I get this question wrong?" Manager responds, "Oh that's because you said that effort means the result of an attempt but it actually means consistency".. (In fact effort does not mean another word entirely, that isn't how language works). To actively attempt to change language and obfuscate the meaning of language like this is just one example of there ego and condescending superiority. DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE NON-NEUROTYPICAL PEOPLE They are ableists through and through. They have almost no process in place to handle people with neurological conditions (such as learning disorders or autism). It's clear to me that they do not want such people to work at MCAP. They will put in a token effort if they accidentally hire someone with needs to accommodate but behind closed doors they are looking for a way to fire them ASAP.
