My time working here was dreadful. The office culture is very much stare at your computer screen for 8 hours a day and don't speak to another living soul. There's extreme favoritism and I came to find that the majority of the co-workers in close proximity to my desk were related to one another or had previous history with the supervisor. There's an abject lack of career opportunity and a very clear/emphasized hierarchy of roles - expect almost everyone above you to be extremely condescending. Inevitably if you slave away long enough they will promote you - this is demonstrated in the management - individuals who have slowly worked their way up the totem pole not through hard work or competency, but through sheer amount of time spent there. My experience with management was absolutely appalling. My supervisor couldn't even confront me face to face regarding work performance - if she was unhappy with something I did/was doing she would send a snide email despite sitting three desks behind me in full view. Pay was on the lower end of average - have been offered more at similar companies with the same qualifications.
