      Fast paced and deadlines have to be met, so you have to stay very organized A lot of techniques and regulations to learn so the training process is a long time Some weekend work but supervisors let technicians pick out the shifts

      Pros

      Some truly decent and dedicated staff make coming to work a more positive experience.

      Cons

      Office management is thoroughly disorganized. There is no procedural continuity. They do not provide annual reviews unless you specifically ask. Most management and staff fail to adhere to time schedules. The environment is cliquey, gossipy, and toxic unless you can busy yourself away from the office area.
