I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MB Research
Interview
I was contacted through a career website to request an interview. Interviewed virtually with a panel and was given a salary number well below my worth range given my education and experience. Not many formal interview questions and just a lot of convincing regarding the company/culture itself. Company tends to dance around the live animal testing fact, and I got big toxic workplace vibes. Needless to say, I declined further interviews.

Question 1
How soon can you start? Previous animal, lab, force-feeding experience?
There is no such thing as a "career website" for MB Research.
Also, there are no 'interviews virtually', nor "with a panel".
Finally, MB Research is a leader in the "3Rs" of replacing in vivo tests with in vitro alternatives (over 80% non-animal).
I applied online. I interviewed at MB Research (Spinnerstown, PA)
Interview
Three person interviewed me. Expect a number of questions about you history of employment, your experience,, and what your strengths and best skills are. A fair a thorough interview, but not overly intensive. Left feeling pretty confident.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MB Research (Spinnerstown, PA) in Sep 2017
Interview
One phone screen and two interviews. Second one they offered me the job. They will pressure you to sign you're salary agreement/ job description on the spot. The first interview was with the Lab supervisor and the HR manager. The second was with the two owners (a husband and wife).
