      Unrealistic expectations and goals that impossible to meet. Executive team doesn't understand how the company actually works.

      Pros

      - Hybrid - There are some good people who work here - Pretend work for the most part - Your time here will really depend on your manager - Overall good pay - Can be a good 9-5 to start your career or invest into yourself

      Cons

      - Pointless meetings - Had a bad manager - Some people talk in consistent jargon to sound smarter than they are - Most manager have never done the actual skills and just manage - Everyone is pretending to know what they are talking about
