Pros

21 days annual leaves, remote working (depends on client), most day to day work doesn't have to deal with Maker Lab, but until you have to, you can vomit blood.

Cons

Worst management, unethical practices, and more. The amount of complains, lawsuits and more from their own people, and clients aren't that pleased too. it saws a lot... want a long turn career, look elsewhere. Want to earn quick bucks for short term contract if with a good client, than sure join them.

Pros

- Welcoming (???) - Salary is decent, slightly competitive.

Cons

- Everything is very transactional. I honestly cannot imagine my career growing. - Limited job securit/Lack of long-term stabilityy. While I am classified as a full-time employee, I feel that my job security is still heavily dependent on client contracts. Since my role is tied to a specific client engagement, there is always the possibility that my position could be affected if the client decides not to renew or continue the partnership, regardless of my individual performance or contributions. This creates some uncertainty when it comes to long-term career stability and planning. - Limited flexibility and employee autonomy. In my experience, the company operates with very strict policies that leave little room for managerial discretion or trust-based decision-making. While I appreciate the emphasis on accountability, some policies can feel unnecessarily rigid. For example, employees are required to provide a medical certificate for a single day of sick leave, whereas many companies only require documentation for longer absences.

Pros

21 days leave, remote work

Cons

Most things have gone downhill. Removed yearly allowance, no career progression and increment with lack of transparency on how increment is determined
