      Small town location in Gainesville, GA

      Cons

      Low pay, military-style management and some of upper management. Owner needs to clean house.

      We have made changes in management and I think that the culture has improved. The pay isn't peanuts - it's in line with our geographic area and when you compare the pay and benefits plus the profit sharing and 401k match to jobs closer to Atlanta, the net is quite competitive.

      Leadership was good because they listened but new leadership came in and it changed

      New leadership doesn't listen and they lay off good people
