You work with talented, intelligent, driven people in Boston, New York and Italy. The opportunity to scale is amazing and the strategy to do so is well thought out. People are open to taking opinion, and offering different and sometimes opposing views in honest and objective ways so that progress is always being made and people are growing in their roles. A great place for people who want to learn all aspects of a fun and interesting business, as well as grow their skills and experiences in a particular function because you get to work on many exciting projects with smart people. The customers really love the shoes and service provided. Very experienced and transparent management/founding team. Best perk: You get to wear cool Italian shoes all the time!

Not a great place for people who don’t want to roll up their sleeves or people who are expecting to stay comfortably in one lane with a lot of assistance. Best for go-getters, people who always want to be learning and be part of a company that is growing and transforming a space.

Unclear direction from leadership. Had to do whatever C-suite wanted, even if it wasn’t backed by data or historical indicators. No 401k match. Stressful environment due to struggling business outlook.
