At first there was aPhone screening.
Then there were in person interviews with the various team members, including executive team. These lasted a better part of 3 hours.
A mix of personality and technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at M.Gemi (Boston, MA)
Interview
One initial call with hiring manager, then another with the stakeholders, including one of the co-founders. She/He was very distracted during the interview process, and I did not feel properly respected.
