Hi, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry if you feel the communication between sales and content was lacking during your employment. The content team leaders in our Reading office currently have monthly meetings with sales to pass information on to their teams. In addition to this there are weekly sales alerts to keep everyone updated as well as training on sales processes and products.
