      Pros

      Luxor has new leadership in place and seems to be moving in the right direction. The pay is competitive and it's a lot of fun to work there. The parent company (EBSCO) is very generous. I've only been with the company for several months but, so far, it's been great!

      Cons

      It's fairly far from Chicago but that can be good or bad depending on where you live. Morale was low but looks to be changing.

      Pros

      Exciting place to work with a lot of new product development that is taking off! Legacy products that are still relevant in every industry. Partnered with large enterprise organizations and a long history of engaged resellers. Currently entering a stage of hypergrowth with branding upgrades and engaging marketing content to drive the business forward. If you're looking to build a strong network across major industries, this is the place to be! Also, great benefits and profit sharing is a major plus!

      Cross functional teams could do a better job of collaborating across departments.
