Pros

Great software company to join at this time, we are currently migrating our product to new technologies and it is a great moment to get into the product and add your personal signature. The company allows us to work with totally confidence and full support during this time, which is great to here from a company that has so many demands when it comes to features. And during periods of crisis, the commpany is really putting theirselves out there for their employees.

Cons

There are still some managers and developers from the older times, that still have a particular way of working and interacting with each other that is no longer well received in the current software market. Fortunately this is changing, but sometimes you can encounter practices (coding and management) that are not the standard today.

Pros

As a recent hire, my perspective is limited on experience and weighted towards what I know and what I hear from the team. The company overall has great energy and ambition to grow and evolve through the platform and brand. The employee base is smart, humble and engaging; people who care about their work, good collaboration and helping end customers.

Cons

Process between teams to work better together and general communication kinks are present but are being revamped as part of a company-wide focus for 2025. Would love to see more resourcing on new priorities that take additional investment of either time or money.

Pros

Great pay, real opportunity to hit goals, fun coworkers, multi-cultural and multi-lingual organization, plenty of growth in the employee experience space, leads often come from marketing, executive team has a long term vision in the product, sales is always recognized, remote work with a local office in Austin!

Cons

Product, marketing and sales lack alignment at times. Internal growth can be limited without a standard process for growth.
