Pros
-Luxury environment -Discount on beautiful products -Corp roles have flexible light schedules and plenty of PTO -if they “like” you, they will invest in your development for a certain period of time
Cons
In store: long hours, work every weekend, horrible clients, unhappy teams, antiquated POS systems, lack of appreciation from upper management Corporate: girls club based off of popularity not performance. Favouritism is an all time high- special treatment for certain individuals resulting in role manipulation/perks eg) lighter hours of work, more WFH days, less travel
