Pros
Access to incredible cross-functional talented teams and training are absolutely amazing. Company's drive for optimization management and infrastructure adherence develops great work ethic and organizational skills.
Cons
Salaried employees work very long hours. In my experience, business I had to run were understaffed and it was difficult to keep good associates because the salaries compared to industry average were pretty low.
